On Thursday we attended to the awards presentation of the Bizkaia Tv Pop-Rock bands contest. As we predicted, the band Goldem Room got the first award. What we weren’t expecting was that the second one went to us! It consisted of an Epiphone Casino red nice guitar. Thanks a lot!

The next day, on Friday, we performed at the Deusto CMD (Centro Municipal de Deusto) in a concert organized by Barrutirock. We shared stage with Even Mud. We’d like to thank all the people who came, despite of the very bad weather. The concert was a great training for us to prepare ourselves for one of our most expected events of the year.

The alarm went off at 09:00 on Saturday, and we departured to Madrid, to what would be our first performance in the spanish capital. After arriving at Edu’s place and watching a part of the great movie “Back to the Future”, we went to the “Sala Orange”. The sound tests were fine and we joined Gizmo’s guys for some beers before the show.

At the end of the show we felt like we made one of our bests performances up to date. The sound on the stage was great, powerful and well mixed, so we felt relaxed and confident on our interpretation.

After the concert we were talking with the people who came, signing CDs and having nice time listening Gizmo. Later we packed everything back, parked our cars and went to enjoy Madrid nightlife and its rains.
